DINING ROOM COORDINATOR

A bright smile, the ability to multitask, great communication skills, and the heart of a leader are the keys to success for these team members. As a "DRC" you set the flow of the dining room. Working with your host, bus, and waitstaff team members, the Dining Room Coordinator's role is to ensure that every guest is greeted and seated in a timely manner at a clean table with a waitstaff member who is ready to ensure that our guests have a "Raving Fans" experience.

HOST/HOSTESS

Do you have a great smile, cheerful personality, quick feet and don't mind a little hard work? Then this position is for you! Our goal is to ensure each guest is greeted by a smiling, friendly team member that strives to make them feel “at home”. As a member of the host team you will answer phones, greet guests, quote wait times, seat guests in a timely manner and maybe even clean a table or two, all while being a Lupe's brand ambassador to our guests! This fast-paced position on our team is fun and the hours will fly by while you make some real bucks.

SERVERS

It is so much more than greeting guests and taking someone's order! Our team members provide our guests with their knowledge and hospitality to experience our delicious food & drinks leading to more than a meal, but rather it an event.

BARTENDERS

Provide fast, thorough consistent service by making all our guests feel they are the most important person in the room. You have mastered the skills of being a server and your ability to multi-task makes you an asset to provide the best products and service to our guests.

BUSSER

It is not an easy task to make our restaurant appear as it just opened at all times. Our bussing staff is a tight-knit crew that maintains both the interior and exterior of the restaurant. They ensure our guests dine in a clean, sanitary environment.

DISHWASHER

No other position has a responsibility that touches every guest that chooses Lupes to enjoy a meal or drink at Lupes. Our dishwashers are the backbone of our restaurants and they provide our teammates with clean equipment to do their jobs.

CULINARY TEAM

Members of our kitchen team are responsible for creating the best tasting, most creative products from the highest quality ingredients, using the most precise methods. By joining our culinary team, you will enjoy working with the best tools and earning the highest compensation in our industry.
